Project Overview
Elohim Khen Collection is a fashion commerce platform under the tagline “Whispers of Elegance”. In the customer app, shoppers see what is trending in fashion, catch the offers of the day, collect points and order clothes, which are delivered to a location of their choosing.
Behind it sits everything fulfilment needs: a merchant app that accepts orders and allocates them to a delivery person, a delivery person's app, an inventory system for stock management, and an admin dashboard. Prices are in UGX.
The Challenge
Selling fashion through an app is two problems at once. Out front, clothing is hard to sell on a small screen. A shopper cannot feel the fabric or check the fit, so the experience has to do the persuading, and give people a reason to come back. Behind it, every order has to be accepted, matched to stock, handed to someone who can deliver it, and followed until it arrives.
The two halves have to agree with each other. What a shopper is shown has to match what is actually in stock, and what a delivery person is told has to match what the shopper ordered.
- Keep shoppers coming back with fresh content: trends, daily offers and reels
- Reward repeat custom with points
- Take payment online or in cash on delivery
- Get every order from acceptance to a delivery person, and let the customer track it
- Keep stock counts in step with what is sold
The Approach
The platform is organised around who touches an order. The shopper browses, orders and pays. The merchant accepts the order and allocates it to a delivery person. The delivery person carries it to the chosen location. Over all of it, the admin dashboard and the inventory system keep the catalogue, stock and orders in order.
Each role has its own app or dashboard, so each interface can be built around one person's job rather than trying to serve everyone at once.
- Customer app: trends, offers, reels, points, orders and tracking
- Merchant app: accept orders and allocate them to a delivery person
- Delivery person's app
- Admin dashboard and inventory system
Design
The customer app leads with content rather than a catalogue. The home feed carries search, category chips, a promotional banner, a timed “Deal of the day” and a New Arrivals strip, so there is always something current to look at.
Reels sit at the centre of browsing: fashion videos posted by Elohim, shown full-screen and vertical with an action column down the side. Shoppers can interact with them and leave comments, which turns the brand's content into a conversation rather than a broadcast.
The identity is gold and black on a light canvas: a monogram mark, black backgrounds for the reels view, and yellow for every primary action (Get Started, Add to Cart, Proceed to Checkout) so the next step is always the brightest thing on screen.
Onboarding is kept to a single idea, “Define yourself uniquely”, over a full-height photograph and one button.
Development
The customer app is built in FlutterFlow, which generates a Flutter app that runs natively on Android and iOS from a single project. Products, categories, carts and orders live in Supabase, and the admin dashboard, a PHP application, works against the same Supabase project.
Customers collect points, payment is offered two ways (online and cash on delivery), and once an order is placed its delivery can be tracked.
Orders reach a merchant app, where they are accepted and allocated to a delivery person, who has an app of their own. An inventory system tracks stock, and the admin dashboard manages orders, products and customers.

Order Flow
For the shopper an order is short: add to cart, review each item with its size, colour and quantity, and check out, paying online or choosing cash on delivery, for delivery to a preferred location.
For the business it carries on from there. The merchant accepts the order and allocates it to a delivery person, the delivery person takes it out, and the customer can follow it on the way.
Current Status
The platform is in active development. Store listings, usage figures and any measured results will be added here once they exist and can be reported accurately.

Notes
The customer app is only the visible part of a platform like this. The moment a shopper taps to place an order, the work moves to people who never see the storefront: a merchant deciding whether to accept, a delivery person who needs an address, a stock count that has to drop. Designing those handoffs as carefully as the storefront is what makes the whole thing feel dependable to the person waiting for a parcel.
