Project Overview
Fitness businesses convert on two things: whether someone can see a class that fits their schedule, and whether membership pricing is clear enough to act on.
The site was structured around those two answers, with everything else supporting them.
The Challenge
Fitness sites commonly lead with atmosphere, large imagery and motivational copy, then bury the schedule and pricing several clicks deep. That inverts what the visitor came for.
The brand still needed energy and presence, so the task was to keep the visual impact while moving the practical information forward.
The Approach
Schedule and membership information were treated as primary content, reachable from the first screen. Brand imagery frames those rather than delaying them.
Pricing was laid out in a directly comparable format so a visitor can decide without needing to contact anyone first.
Design
Strong typography and high-contrast imagery give the brand energy, held in check by a disciplined grid so the practical content stays readable.
Development
WordPress build with structured schedule and membership content, so timetable changes are routine edits rather than layout work.

Optimization
Large brand imagery was compressed and served responsively so visual impact does not come at the cost of mobile load time.
Outcome
Schedule and membership information now sit at the front of the experience. Verified conversion data will be added once measured.

Lessons
Brand atmosphere and practical utility are not in competition if the grid is disciplined. The imagery can be bold precisely because the information layout is strict.
